4.2 In any of the following cases, Minami-Alps city reseves the right to temporarily suspend provisions of all or any portion of the Data on this Website without a prior notice to you:
(i) When conducting emergency maintenance or inspection of this Website;
(ii) When operation of this Website becomes impossible due to an accident such as fire or blackouts, natural disasters such as earthquakes or floods, war, riots, labor disputes,or any other cause beyond control;
(iii) When Minami-Alps city decides that temporary interruption of this Website is necessary due to unavoidable operational or technical circumstances; or
(iv) When the operation of this Website becomes impossible due to defects or errors of this Website.
4.3 Minami-Alps city reseves the right to cease operation and provision of this Website at any time at Minami-Alps city ’s sole discretion.

●浸水想定区域（想定最大規模・計画規模）は、各河川で想定される条件での大雨が降った場合の河川氾濫時に想定される浸水の範囲と深さを指定した区域です。
浸水想定区域(浸水継続時間)は、各河川で想定される条件での大雨が降った場合の河川氾濫時に想定される浸水継続時間を指定した区域です。
●「すべの河川」は以下の河川データをマージし、重なる箇所は最大値を表示したものです。
●平成27年5月20日に水防法の一部が改正・施行されたことに伴い、以下の通り公表されていますのでご確認ください。
■洪水浸水想定区域
・想定最大規模降雨：想定しうる最大の降雨による浸水範囲・浸水深
・浸水継続時間 ：想定最大規模降雨時に浸水深が50cmを超えてから水が引くまでの時間
・計画規模降雨 ：計画規模の降雨による浸水範囲・浸水深
■家屋倒壊等氾濫想定区域 （早期の立ち退き避難が必要な区域）
・氾濫流 ：想定最大降雨による堤防決壊又は氾濫流により木造家屋の倒壊のおそれがある区域
・河岸浸食 ：想定最大降雨による洪水時の河岸浸食により家屋倒壊のおそれがある区域

＜土砂災害に関する情報＞
●土砂災害特別警戒区域及び土砂災害警戒区域は、「土砂災害警戒区域等における土砂災害防止対策の推進に関する法律」（通称、土砂災害防止法）に基づき、がけ地の崩壊や土石流が発生した場合に住民に危害が生じる恐れのある区域として山梨県が指定した区域です。本サイトのがけ崩れ危険箇所は、がけ崩れの危険性がある箇所として山梨県が行った調査結果をもとに示しています。
＜防災重点ため池に関する情報＞
●ため池浸水予想区域は、ため池の堤防が決壊した場合の最大浸水深で表示しています。
雨の降り方や地震の状況によって、決壊箇所などの条件も異なりますので、浸水予想区域が実際と異なる場合もあります。また、大雨の時には、ため池以外に河川や水路などによる氾濫が発生することも十分に考えられます。
＜地震に関する情報＞
●山梨県より令和5年5月26日に発表された「山梨県地震被害想定調査結果」データを元に作成、表示してます。想定される代表的な3つの地震ケースの＜震度分布＞＜液状化危険度分布＞を表示しています。
・南海トラフ巨大地震（東側ケース）
・糸魚川-静岡構造線断層帯 南部区間（Case2）
・曽根丘陵断層帯（Case1）
※調査結果はあくまで予測（目安）であり、実際の発災時には地震動をはじめ被害の状況は想定と異なることも予想されます。

本サイトにより提供される地図データ（「データ」）のご利用前に、以下の規約を必ずお読み下さい。以下の規約は、本サイトの利用者（「利用者」）と南アルプス市とのデータの利用に関する契約の条件となります。本規約すべてにご同意いただけた場合のみデータをご利用下さい。データを利用された場合は本規約にご同意いただいたものとします。

(2)本サイト上で表示されたデータを紙媒体に印刷出力すること（本号に基づき印刷出力したデータを以下「複製成果」という）。
第２条（遵守事項）
利用者は以下の事項を遵守するものとします。

第４条（本サイトの停止等）
１．南アルプス市は定期的に本サイトの保守・点検を行う際、一時的に本サービスの全部又は一部を中断することができるものとします。
２．南アルプス市は次の各号の何れかに該当する場合は、利用者に事前の通知をすることなく一時的に本サイト運営の全部又は一部を中断することができるものとします。
(1)本サイトの保守・点検を緊急に行う場合。
(2)火災・停電等の事故、地震・洪水等の天災、戦争、暴動、労働争議等により、本サイトの運営が不可能となった場合。
(3) 南アルプス市が、運用上又は技術上やむを得ず本サイトの運営一時中断が必要であると判断した場合。
(4)本サイトの障害等により、本サイトの運営ができなくなった場合。
３．南アルプス市は、南アルプス市の裁量によって、本サイトの運営を終了することができるものとします。
